There has never been a time in world history when people needed to hear and claim the promises of God as desperately as they do today. The overwhelming emotion felt by many people today in our country is: uncertainty. There is uncertainty about the economy, the man-made disaster in the Gulf, natural disasters, jobs, and terrorism, our future as a nation, as individuals. Some of us are facing personal uncertainties - health issues, family problems, job concerns, etc. Yet, even as uncertainty fills the air, God's people can live with confidence based upon the Word of God.
