Rev. Mike Betancourt, Youth Pastor
Pastor Mike holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from Bob Jones University and has been on staff here since 1992. In addition to youth work and other responsibilities, he also directs our church's music ministry. He and his wife, Leeann, were married in May 1986 and have been involved in youth ministry since June 1987. They have three children, Katie, Mike and Timmy.
Mr. Milton Ashley, Minister of Education
Mr. Milton Ashley joined the Ferndale staff in July 2005. He earned an undergraduate degree from Bob Jones University in Social Studies Education and a graduate degree from BJU in Educational Administration. His wife, Janice, is an elementary teacher. They have been actively involved in Christian education for over 25 years. The Ashleys were married in 1984 and have two children, Michelle and Matthew.
